Should Couples Share Passwords



The best expression of love and trust in the digital age seems to be exchanging passwords with your significant other. Sharing passwords in reality, however, is often more about your partner’s distrust, than building a relationship based on trust. Additionally, having your partner’s password does not mean that they are faithful. When people want to cheat- they always find a way to cheat. And they can easily warn that person on the side not to text, email or call.

Someone demanding your password is a sign of control, such behavior should never be confused with love. Take it as a red flag and get the hell out.
Password sharing can ruin a perfect relationship since messages sent to your partner can easily be miscontrued. A miscontrued message can cause you to become suspicious of your partner and we all know a relationship without trust crumbles. Some people even mischievously send messages/call to create havoc in your relationship. Continue
